Successful repair clinic

The women's repair clinic Katie and I led this Sunday was a complete success. Every woman had her own front wheel to use when going over a flat fix, and all seemed to understand basic maintenance work. Katie, myself, and our returning product specialist Cayt, will be leading another clinic in a few weeks so stay posted!

Thank you to all who came! Thanks also to Barb from Team Revolution who helped out with some maintenance information!

Women's Rides

The women's ride this morning was great! The weather was nice and cool and the roads seemed to be pretty open.

A reminder that next weekend, Sunday June 11th, Katie and I are hosting a womens-only clinic for basic bicycle maintenance. All women, all bikes, free admittance! Bring your own bike to work on and any repair tools you might have. We will go over flat repair, cleaning, lubing, etc. You can pick up some sweet discounts also.

Team Revolution will lead a ride out in Queeny Park afterwards so bring your gear!

I'm thinking about starting the rides from Kaldi's in Kirkwood since Manchester seems to be a difficult road to ride on in groups. Katie and I are planning on making a longer route from Kaldi's on Geyer and Clayton. That way when the ride ends we can relax with some crepes and espresso:) Post comments on here with your thoughts and tell me what you think next Sunday.

Ciao!
